Claire heads up all things property management at Lamont and has many years’ experience within the Lettings industry. As Lettings and Sales Manager her role isn’t just managing Lamont and her team but to create long and valued relationships with new and existing clients. To align to Prosperity values and make them an integral part of my day, whilst leading, inspiring, and developing the team ensuring that the Lamont Team are always effective and provide first-class customer service. Senior Property Manager
Joe has been working in the rental industry for more than 4 years. Beginning as an apprentice administrator for a local Keighley agent, Joe has progressed from administrator to property manager in less than 2 years. He now has a portfolio of more than 250 properties and is proclaimed “King of the North” in Lamont- due to his ability to let properties quickly, effectively, and with a high calibre of tenants. Joe prides himself on good customer service making the rental process as smooth as possible for both tenant and landlord. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family; day trips to the Yorkshire Dales and keeping up with his local football team.

Mark joined the Lamont family in April 2023 and brings with him over 18 years’ experience within the Lettings and Property Management sector. A firm believer in building strong, professional relationships with both landlords and tenants and is looking forward to applying his knowledge, experience and skillset to compliment the very experienced existing team.

Gemma is the newest member of the Lamont team. She has progressed from an administrator to a Property Manager within the last 2 years. Gemma has taken on a portfolio of 190 properties within the Keighley area and hopes to take more on in the future.
